Can I buy generic brand prescriptions even though my doctor prescribed me a brand name medication?
Yes, we can supply a less expensive or generic brand of your prescribed medication if requested, even if your doctor has prescribed a different brand.

Less expensive or generic brands will have the same active ingredients as the more expensive or common brands of medications. Although they may look different, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) ensures the quality, safety, and effectiveness of these medications meet a high standard.
Will my insurance cover any prescription medicine I purchase?
Our pharmacies are approved to supply medications through the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS). All Australian residents and eligible overseas visitors are able to purchase PBS-listed medications at subsidised prices. Please present a current Medicare card and/or Department of Human Services or DVA concession card with your prescription to access this scheme.

If you do not hold any of these cards, or are purchasing a medication that is not listed for subsidy under the PBS, we can still supply you the medication. We can print an official pharmacy receipt (different to a regular docket) for you to present to your Private Health Insurance provider. The amount that you'll be eligible to claim back is dependent on your cover and provider (please check directly with them).
What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for medications and vitamins incorrectly purchased, once they have left the store. This is because we do not re-sell any medications that have been returned to us, to ensure we always supply medications that comply with optimal storage conditions.

We are happy to exchange other products purchased for Change of Mind within 14 days.​ Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Goods must be returned in its original condition.
